    This is the best way to train as it is directly with Peter and allows you to pick the time of your training to suite your schedule, as we appreciate people’s busy life styles. The Group Private is up to a maximum of 4 people.

    We start by teaching you a fundamental program and progress from there. We can tailor it to your personal needs. We can also offer sport specific fitness training and plans.
